Please submit any sealed bids prior to the Board of Directors meeting. The deadline for bids will be Friday, December 8, 2023. The Board of Directors meeting will be on March 8, 2024 at 3 p.m.
The Board of Directors has the final decision for any and all land sales.
All lots will transfer with the “Right of First Refusal” for all future sales.
The Buyer assumes all responsibility of locating exact location of lot property lines. (Maps & metal detector available with certain restrictions).
